Happy 85th Anniversary of the Victory of the Heroic Patriots!
We celebrated the Patriots' Day in a special way at the beautiful Arat Kilo Plaza in the corridor development with the presence of His Excellency President Taye Atsekeslassie, Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Kendu Gesu, President of the Ancient Ethiopian Heroic Patriots Association, Daniel Jote Mesfin, and the Heroic Patriots.

Our fathers and mothers, by sacrificing their lives without fear of reproach, have preserved our sovereign country, Ethiopia, which we proudly call Ethiopia today in the presence of free peoples.
This timeless truth and irreplaceable historical sacrifice will never be forgotten by the generation.
The generation of today should create a new patriotic context in addition to remembering and preserving the memory of its fathers and historical heritage.
Just as yesterday's patriotism was about saving the country from foreign invaders, today's patriotism is about freeing the country from poverty, backwardness, and oppression.

Just as our heroic ancestors fought and defeated both the invaders and the internal gangs and saved our country, we must also defeat the gangs of today who are trying to hinder our journey of development and peace with unity, vigilance, and work.
