Creating safer road users by improving and informing road safety awareness, determining and implementing road use, managing transportation system and traffic control with modern technology; It is to improve the flow of traffic and safety by enforcing traffic rules and regulations and improving the traffic management system.

የመንገድ ደህንነት ግንዛቤን በማሻሻልና በማሳወቅ ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ የመንገድ የመንገድ ተጠቃሚን ተጠቃሚን መፍጠር፣ የመንገድ አጠቃቀምን በመወሰንና በመተግበር፣ የትራንስፖርት ሥርዓትና የትራፊክ ቁጥጥርን በዘመናዊ ቴክኖሎጂ በመምራት፤ የትራፊክ ደንብና ስርዓት በማስከበርና የኩነት አስተዳደር ስርዓትን በማጎልበት የትራፊክ ፍሰት እና ደህንነት እንዲሻል ማድረግ ነው፡፡
