(ት/ማ/ባ ህዳር 23 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም) ፣-የአዲስ አበባ ትራፊክ ማኔጅመንት ባለስልጣን የበላይ አመራሮችና የማእከል ሠራተኞች 20ኛውን የብሔር፣ ብሔረሰቦችና ህዝቦች ቀን "ዲሞክራሲያዊ መግባባት ለህብረ-ብሔራዊ አንድነት'' በሚል መሪ ቃል በዛሬው እለት በዋናው መ/ቤት አዳራሽ በፓናል ውይይት አክብረዋል፡፡
የውይይት መድረኩ የተከፈተው የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ መዝሙርን በመዘመር ሲሆን በመቀጠልም የባለሥልጣን መስሪያ ቤቱ ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ክበበው ሚደቅሳ እለቱን አስመልክተው ንግግር አድርገዋል፡፡

(T/M/B, November 23, 2018) - The senior leaders and central staff of the Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority celebrated the 20th Nationalities, Nationalities and Peoples Day with a panel discussion today at the main office hall under the theme "Democratic Consensus for National Unity".
The discussion forum opened with the singing of the Ethiopian National Anthem, followed by the Director General of the Authority, Ato Kbebew Mideksa, who delivered a speech on the day.

በየዓመቱ ብሄር ብሄረሰቦችን ቀን ስናከብር ህዳር 29፤ የኢትዮጵያ ብሔሮች፣ ብሔረሰቦችና ህዝቦች የጋራ የቃል ኪዳን እና የህጎች ሁሉ የበላይ በሆነው ህገመንግስት መብታቸው የተረጋገጠበት እለት መሆኑን እያስታወስን ነው ብለዋል፡፡
በመቀጠልም “ዴሞክራሲ እና የፌደራል ስርዓት በኢትዮጵያ፤ ተስፋዎቹ እና ተግዳሮቶች” በሚል ርዕስ የተዘጋጀ ሰነድ የፓርኪንግ ልማትና አስተዳደር ዳይሬክተር በአቶ ቢኒያም ጌታቸው ቀርቦ የበላይ አመራሮችና ሰራተኞች ተወያይተውበታል፡፡

As Ethiopia is a country where people of different ethnic identities live together; it was pointed out by the panelists that in order to preserve our national unity and move forward together, we should always respect diversity and ensure equality.
In a summary given by senior leaders Ato Kbebew Mideksa and Ato Amare Tarekne, they pointed out that civil servants should continue their achievements by participating in developments that strengthen federalism and national unity and can enhance our country.
They also noted that every civil servant is expected to serve at a low level in the workplace and take what is required after the discussion, ensuring the satisfaction of ethnic groups. The discussion program concluded.
ኢትዮጵያ የተለያየ የብሔር ማንነት ያላቸው ህዝቦች በጋራ የሚኖሩባት ሀገር በመሆኗ፤ ሀገራዊ አንድነታችንን አስጠብቀን በአብሮነት ለመዝለቅ፣ ሁልጊዜም ብዝሃነትን ማክበርና እኩልነትን ማረጋገጥ እንደሚገባ በተወያዮች ተጠቁሟል፡፡
በበላይ አመራሮች በአቶ ክበበው ሚደቅሳ እና በአቶ አማረ ታረቀኝ በተሰጠ ማጠቃለያም የመንግስት ሰራተኛውም ፌደራሊዝምና ህብረ ብሄራዊነት በሚየጠናክር እና በሀገራችን ሊያሳድጉ በሚችሉ ልማቶች በመሳተፍ ስኬቶችን ማስቀጠል እንደሚገባ ጠቁመዋል፡፡
እንዲሁም በስራ ቦታ ዝቅ ብሎ በማገልገል ከውይይቱ በኋላም መውሰድ ያለበትን በመውስድ የብሄር ብሄረሰቦች እርካታ የሚያረጋግጥ ተግባር ከእያንዳንዱ ሲቪል ሰርቫንት እንደሚጠበቅ አስገንዝበው የውይይቱ መርሃ ግብር ተጠናቋል፡፡
