Our administration has provided two options to the residents who were previously working on rent in the government-owned kebele and various commercial buildings in our city, and they have given them the opportunity to organize themselves in shares and enter their commercial shops and start working, or else they have given them the opportunity to rent shops provided by the government.

Most of them have continued their business by renting the shops built and provided by the government, and there were many who chose to organize themselves in shares and build their commercial shops and trade. Since they were not able to build among those who were allowed to organize themselves in shares and take over the land and build, they have been asking for another option in various discussion forums.
Therefore, our administration has decided to solve the problem; for the residents who have been displaced due to the corridor development, riverside development and redevelopment works; He has allotted 315 modern commercial shops built in various parts of the city in the corridor development.
