በአዲስ አበባ ትራፊክ ማኔጅመንት ባለስልጣን በተያዘው በጀት ዓመት 2ኛ ሩብ ዓመት በፈጣን ምላሽ አምጭ እቅድ መሰረት የ5ኛ ሳምንት የስራ አጻጸም ሪፖርት ላይ የበላይ አመራሮች፣ የቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት ስራ አስኪያጆች፣ የማእከል የስራ ሃላፊዎችና የቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት የቁጥጥርና የፖርኪንግ ዳይሬክተሮች በተገኙበት ተገምግሟል።
ተቋሙ በ2ኛዉ ሩብ አመት በልዩ ሁኔታ ውጤት ለማስመዝገብ በእቅድ የያዛቸውን የአብይና ንዑስ ተግባራት አፈጻጸም፣ በቁጥጥር እና በፓርኪንግ አስተዳደር ያሉትን ስራዎች፣ የቅሬታና አቤቱታ አፈታት ስርዓት፣ አገልግሎት አሰጣጥና ምቹ የስራ አካባቢን መፍጠር፣ እንዲሁም የገቢ አሰባሰብ እና የመስክ እይታ ሪፖርትን በፎቶና በቪዲዮ አስደግፈው ያቀረቡት የስታንዳርዳይዜሽን ዝግጅት፤ አግልግሎት አሰጣጥ ክትትል እና ድጋፍ ዳይሬክቶሬት ከፍተኛ ባለሙያ አቶ ብሩክ በለጠ ናቸው።
የተግባራቱ ፈፃሚዎችም በቀረበው ሪፖርት ላይ ሰፊ ውይይት ካደረጉ በኋላ በየሳምንቱ የተግባራት መሻሻሎች ቢኖርም በቀጣይ ሳምንታት በሪፖርቱ የተጠቆሙትን አንዳንድ ክፍተቶችን በመሙላት የተሻለ ውጤት እንደሚያስመዘግቡ ጠቁመዋል።

The Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority (ADTA) has reviewed the 5th week performance report for the second quarter of the current fiscal year in accordance with the Rapid Response Plan in the presence of senior managers, branch office managers, center heads, and branch office supervision and parking directors.
The institution presented the performance of its main and sub-tasks, the work in supervision and parking management, the complaint and grievance resolution system, service delivery and creating a comfortable working environment, as well as revenue collection and field observation reports with photos and videos, supported by Ato Brook Beliko, a senior specialist at the Standardization Preparation; Service Delivery Monitoring and Support Directorate.
After extensive discussions on the report, the task force members indicated that while there have been improvements in the work each week, they will continue to fill some of the gaps identified in the report in the coming weeks to achieve better results.

የበላይ አመራሮችም ፈጣን ምላሽ አምጪ እቅድ ወደ ተግባር ሲለውጥ መድበኛ ሰዓትን ብቻ መጠቀም ሳይሆን በተጨማሪ ጊዚያቶችም በመስራት ከሂደት አልፎ ለውጥና ውጤት መታየት አለበት ብለዋል።
በመጨረሻም ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ክበበው ሚደቅሳ በቀሪ ሳምንታት ለውጦችንና ጥንካሬዎችን ይዞ መቀጠል፣ ተጠያቂነትን ማስፈን፣ ክፍተቶችን ማረም፣ ክዋኔ ላይ ማተኮር፣ ተደራራቢ ውጤቶችን ማስመዝገብ፤ ብለው ያስቀመጧቸውን አቅጣጫዎች ተሳታፊዎች በሙሉ ድምፅ በመቀበል መርሃ ግብሩ ተጠናቋል።

Senior leaders also said that when implementing a rapid response plan, they should not only use the allotted time but also work on additional tasks to see changes and results beyond the process.
Finally, the program concluded with the participants unanimously accepting the directions set by Director General Ato Kbebew Mideksa, namely, to continue to maintain changes and strengths in the remaining weeks, to establish accountability, to correct gaps, to focus on operations, and to record overlapping results.
