(ት/ማ/ባ ህዳር 22/2018ዓ.ም)፡-የአዲስ አበባ ትራፊክ ማኔጅመንት ባለሥልጣን የበላይ የሥራ ኃላፊዎችና የማዕከል ሰራተኞች የእውቀት ሽግግርና የልምድ ልውውጥ የሆነውን የወርቃማ ሰኞ የማለዳ መርሃ-ግብር በተቋሙ መሰብሰብያ አዳራሽ አካሂደዋል፡፡
በእውቀት ሽግግርና የልምድ ልውውጥ መርሃ-ግብሩ ላይ የስታንዳርዳይዜሽን ዝግጅት አገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ክትትል እና ድጋፍ ዳይሬክተር አቶ ሐጎስ ካህሳይ ስለ ‹‹ቅን መሪ›› ምንነት አስመልክቶ ሰነድ አቅርበዋል፡፡

(T/M/B November 22/2018):-Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority senior officials and central employees held a Golden Monday morning program for knowledge transfer and experience exchange at the institution's meeting hall.
At the knowledge transfer and experience exchange program, Ato Hagos Kahsay, Director of Standardization Preparation Service Delivery Supervision and Support, presented a document on the nature of a "righteous leader".

In the document, he explained to the center's employees about the nature of a good leader, relating his characteristics to the authority's authority's authority, functions, and vision, and citing examples.
He pointed out that leadership starts with the head and that a good leader should create tolerance among employees, encourage each employee's work without neglecting his work; give thanks and motivate them to stand for a single goal.
Then, Ato Girma Edosa, Director of the Human Resources Directorate of the Authority, presented a document on the status of the institution's employees' work hours and the measures being taken, and a discussion was held.
Finally, the Director General of the Authority, Engineer Elias Zerga, in his message, said that in order to achieve the vision of the institution, employees from the bottom to the top should strive to achieve the vision of the institution with sincerity and loyalty.

በሰነዱም ላይም ስለ ቅን መሪ ምንነት፣ ባህሪያትን ከባለሥልጣን መ/ቤቱ ስልጣንና ተግባር እንዲሁም ራእዩ ጋር በማዛመድና ምሳሌዎችን በመጥቀስ ለማዕከሉ ሰራተኛ አብራርተዋል፡፡
መሪነት ከራስ እንደሚጀምርና ቅንነት ያለው መሪ በሰራተኞች መካከል መቻቻል እንዲፈጠር ማድረግ፣ የእያንዳንዱን ስራ ማበረታታት ስራውን ባለማጣጣል፤ ምስጋና በመስጠትና በማነቃቃት ለአንድ አላማ እንደቆሙ ማድረግ እንዳለበት ጠቁመዋል፡፡
በመቀጠልም በባልስልጣን መ/ቤቱ የሰው ሀብት ዳይሬክቶሬት ዳይሬክተር አቶ ግርማ ኢዶሳ የተቋሙ ሰራተኞች የሥራ ሰዓት አከባበርና እየተወሰዱ ባሉት እርማጃዎች ዙሪያ ተቋሙ ያለበትን ሁኔታ ሰነድ አቅርበው ውይይት ተካሂዶበታል፡፡
በመጨረሻም የባለሥልጣን መ/ቤቱ ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተር ኢንጂነር ኤልያስ ዘርጋ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት ለተቋሙ ራእይ ማሳካት ከታች እስከ ላይ ያለ ሰራተኛ በቅንነትና በታማኝነት በመቀናጀት በአንድ ዓላማ የተቋሙን ራእይ ለማሳካት መጣር ይገባዋል ብለዋል፡፡
