Training was given to managers and experts on the implementation of smart office system  (T/BA December 16/2018 A.D.):- The Information Communication Technology Directorate of the authority office in Addis Ababa city administration conducted two rounds of training for department heads and team leaders as well as experts on the implementation of smart office system in the center. He has given. According to Mr. Tbebe Daniel, the ICT expert of the authority office who gave the training, special attention has been given to making government procedures efficient by helping the work of institutions with technology. He added that the implementation of the smart office system will enable the sending of letters inside and outside the institution through the system, so it will be free of paper and will allow easy access to information. In addition, the expert explained that it reduces the huge budget spent on paper and other resources and reduces the time it takes to transport letters from one place to another, and it is of great importance in reducing the amount of sending and receiving through the system.

The issues included in the training of the smart office system, how to obtain permission to use the system for the managers and professionals directly affected by the work, the conditions that exist when the system is implemented, the importance of the system, and the tasks that must be done in the process of use were explained to the participants in detail. In the presented document, the participants presented their thoughts and questions on the process of use, and the expert gave a wide response and explanation. After the training, it was learned that the smart office system will be implemented soon.
