The key function of our city administration is to build an institution! Today, we have graduated officers who were trained in 10 rounds of institutional building and human resource development from the well-enforcement authority. The capacity building training will enable our officers to have respectful communication with the public, uphold law and order without any bias, be perfectly servile, and be ethical. When you serve as our law enforcement officers, you are expected to treat your people with love, humility and respect, as well as respecting the rules issued without mercy and impartiality. Our institutions are systematically built, with a strong service system; Our institutional reform work to create ethical and service-minded professionals and leaders who are close to the public will continue. As our city is the center of world diplomacy, we have unveiled a new uniform that will serve as an addition to the uniforms used by law enforcement officers to ensure that their military uniforms adhere to international standards.
