Fulfilling our promise to our people has become a continuous and continuous task.
Today, we officially launched the 4th branch of Kirkos, Addis Mesob, a one-stop digital government service in our city.
Kirkos, Addis Mesob, a one-stop digital government service, will provide 112 different public services to users in one place through 20 institutions, 85 service windows. This will enhance government services; eliminate middlemen, theft, discrimination and harassment, increase accessibility and citizen satisfaction, integrate the fragmented services between institutions, and significantly reduce the time and cost spent by the community to access services, thereby creating a fair service.
Integrated service delivery centers are a key performance indicator of government service performance and overall citizen satisfaction, and are becoming an inclusive and efficient user-friendly system. The center is convenient for the entire user community; It has especially taken into account the elderly and the disabled, and has created a comfortable working environment for employees.
The infrastructure that we have already established through the corridor development is playing a crucial role in the success and full implementation of the program to provide government services in one center.
I would like to thank all of you who have worked day and night to quickly and diligently implement this fundamental solution to the service delivery problem that has been the source of our people's suffering, and to ease the burden of our people's service.
