The institution announced that it is responding promptly to questions raised by road users
(T/M/B April 7/2018) The Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority has been responding promptly to questions raised by the public in various forums during the nine months of the fiscal year.

At various times, it has been receiving and responding to questions raised by the public with a sense of responsibility to ensure that traffic movement is comfortable.
Among the aforementioned issues, traffic flow/congestion problems at the city level on 11 lanes and BRT lines, as well as 5 roundabouts, by implementing the necessary road control methods, and by cutting the railway line and making it comfortable for pedestrians, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.


In addition, 47 of the parking services that were not authorized by the institution were brought into legal operation in accordance with the law, in cooperation with the relevant partners, as it was found that there were 39 parking services that were obstructing traffic flow and were depriving the government of its benefits.
In addition, the institution has been providing the necessary timely response to the requests for road crossings and road safety in various areas of the city, especially in the area of ​​schools.
Appropriate legal action has been taken against those who use the city's road infrastructure, especially pedestrians, improperly and deposit various waste products, to make it convenient for traffic movement.
