Yekna Kolfe branches reviewed their six-month plan performance together with stakeholders.

(February 12/2016 AD):- Addis Ababa City Administration Traffic Management Authority Yekana Kolfe branch offices reviewed their 6-month plan performance for the 2016 fiscal year together with stakeholders today. The branches have discussed with the stakeholders from the institutions the activities they have done in the last six months according to the agreement document signed to work together with the stakeholders at the beginning of the fiscal year. Stakeholders' 6-month plan implementation report, the main goals and detailed activities set by the offices have been presented in a document and explained. In particular, it was pointed out in the discussions that in view of the vision given by the authority, the activities carried out by the branch offices in cooperation with the stakeholders had a significant role in reducing traffic accidents and smoothing the flow. Various questions and ideas were raised from the participants and the managers of the branch offices and other officials responded and explained them. Finally, the discussion program was completed by giving recognition and encouragement certificates to the implementers and stakeholders who performed better in the last 6 months of the fiscal year. The branch offices have discussed with the stakeholders the activities they have done in the past six months based on the agreement signed document to work together with the stakeholders at the beginning of the financial year. Stakeholders 6 month plan implementation report has been presented and described in the document. Especially in the opinion of the authority, it has been pointed out in the discussions that the branch offices have done in cooperation with the stakeholders in reducing traffic accidents and increasing the flow. The branch office managers and other officials have given answers and explanations based on the questions and ideas of the participants. Finally, the program of the discussions has been completed by giving certificates of recognition and encouragement to the executives and stakeholders who have performed better in the last 6 months of the budget year. ·
