The discussion was held with the concerned employees and it was stated that the purpose of any property management and use system in the institution is to be supported by technology and that both the employees and the experts of each department are new to the technology so that they have an understanding of its use. Director of Information Communication Technology Ms. Tzta G/Mariam stated that the focus of the discussion was to speed up the process of putting the system into operation by correcting the registration of assets in each branch office. In addition, he said, the application will eliminate the abuse of registering and counting assets when it starts work, and it will help the employee to sit down in the office and ask whether the resources needed for the job are present in the property department without wasting time. He also said that it will avoid the situation of going to the property department to find out the fixed assets registered in his name.
