Civil Registration and Residence Service Agency to work on a digital system that enables citizens to access services wherever they are

The Civil Registration and Residency Service Agency launched a digital system that enables citizens to access services wherever they are. Addis Ababa City General Manager, Engineer Brother Seta, in the position of Deputy Mayor, stated that the new system is a practical example of the national work being done to solve the problems of the city through self-sufficiency and technology. This modern system allows residents to get a quick response from their location without having to come to the facility in person to get services. On his part, the director general of the agency, Yosef Nguse, said that the technology will help citizens to get services that are efficient and free from corruption. In addition, he explained that the system will play an important role in completely avoiding the circulation of fake documents. In addition, the system allows residents to correct their personal information from their location if an error occurs while accessing the service. This will greatly reduce the abuse of users and make them more comfortable. Customers can access the service by logging into Portal.aacrrsa.gov.et, and it has been pointed out that these and similar technology products contribute significantly to the realization of the vision of "Digital Ethiopia" held as a country.
