He added that this historic progress made Addis Ababa one of the 10 major clean cities in Africa and earned it international recognition and respect. Along with this, he announced that the total green coverage of the city, which was only 2.8% earlier, has been increased to 24% within five years. In terms of building institutions and providing services, the city administration has achieved excellent results by making the construction of free, independent and qualified institutions a key strategy. With the special attention given to modernize the institutional service; He said that 11 "Addis Mesob" one-center digital government service centers, including the headquarters, have been opened and are working at full capacity. It has been possible to provide prompt service to 263,000 customers in these modern centers so far, and it has been confirmed that the customer satisfaction recorded at the centers has reached an average of 99 percent. Mayor Adanech Abebe pointed out that this result is a great and historic success for the sector that was known for centuries for corrupt practices, abuse and customer bitterness. He announced that remaining government services will go digital in the next fiscal year.
