11 suspects who committed murder were arrested. *** Addis Ababa; July 8, 2018 A.D. (New Police): On June 28, 2018 A.D., at approximately 7:00 p.m., the crime of murder was committed in the area called Bulbula Abo Crossing Bridge in Bole sub-district district 12. At the time, an unidentified individual was found dead under a bridge on the road from Saris Abo to Koye Road, stabbed in the chest. The Addis Ababa Police Department's Homicide Investigation, Surveillance and Operations Team coordinated efforts to find out the identity of the deceased and to identify the perpetrators of the crime. Within 48 hours of the crime, the identity of the deceased and the perpetrators were heard. His Excellency, Lamrot Aregahen, revealed that he had arrested the suspects named Elshadai David and Edomias Wardwon. During the investigation of the arrested suspects by the police, they took the Samsung phone that the deceased Zeinu Fadlu was holding while he was walking on the road. During the investigation, the deceased's remains were placed in the hood of a Vitz compact vehicle with license plate number code 3-B 83677 a/a by Ermias Asafa, and the other suspects followed them in a Vitz vehicle with code 3-71724 a/a and dropped the remains of our deceased under the bridge. The information we got from the investigation department indicates that the suspects were arrested by the police less than 48 hours after they committed the crime and they showed how they committed the crime on their own accord. The Addis Ababa Police Chief General Department stated that the investigation of the suspects continued and that 2 knives and 3 guns, which were used to commit the crime, were seized.
