Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority has completed the 1st round of training it has been giving to employees in the area of ​​behavior modeling and implementation skills.

The authority office is one of the 16 institutions that have been reformed under the city administration. Therefore, the 1st round, which has been given to newly assigned employees for 5 consecutive days on character building and application skills.
Training has been completed today. Speaking about the completion of the training, the director general of the authority, Ato Kbebewu Mideksa, said that the trainings given are of great importance to enhance the capacity of our institution. The Director-General stated in his speech that he is confident that the training will increase customer satisfaction by making the reform a reality and creating ethical professionals. Mrs. Hawa Wabi, the head of the authority's finance and administration office, on her part, asked the trainees to translate the knowledge gained from the training into work and bring a visible change as training is not the only result. Both officials thanked the trainers who have been providing the training on behalf of the institution and the employees for fulfilling their responsibilities properly. The second round of training will begin next Monday. Therefore, the first round that has been given for 5 consecutive days on character building and implementation skills for newly assigned employees.
Training has been completed for today. According to the director of the authority Mr. Kebebew Mideksa, who gave a speech regarding the completion of the training, the studies given have a great importance in improving the capacity of our institution. The director said in his speech that they do not believe that the training will increase the satisfaction of the servants by implementing the reform and creating ethical professionals. mrs. Hawa Wabi, the head of the official finance and administration office, has asked the trainees to translate the knowledge they gained from the training into action since the training is not the result alone. On behalf of the institution and the staff, we thanked the trainers who have been giving the training for performing their responsibilities properly. Second round of training starts next Monday. ·
