138 pedestrians who did not follow proper road usage were fined.

(T/MA/BA Miazia, 11/2016):- Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority Ilda Branch Office fined 40-80 birr to 138 pedestrians who used the road without taking proper precautions in Mexico Square. Pedestrians who failed to pay the fine were also made to provide social services. The control work was carried out by the branch office together with the Lida traffic police, volunteers and the law enforcement office. Pedestrians who couldn't pay the fine have been forced to provide social services. The control work was done by the branch office in cooperation with Lideta traffic police, volunteers and law enforcement office. ·
