Regarding the implementation of the summary activities of the 2016 fiscal year, the senior leaders of the authority made a support and monitoring plan *************** (T/M/B June 06/10/2016):- In the Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority, the senior leaders of the eleven branch offices in the fiscal year 2016 carried out a number of regular and project activities related to the reform activities, identified the reform activities of the employees and the tasks that were not done, and aligned the activities required by the period with the regular plan. The main purpose of the support and monitoring is to ensure that the tasks performed by the leadership and employees at all levels are preserved and that the remaining unfulfilled activities are carried out before the end of the fiscal year by aligning the available manpower and resources and it is based on the treatment of customers and the comfort of the employees’ workplaces. They have prepared a checklist for the implementation of the work according to the detailed plan they have prepared, and have visited the working conditions from the office to the field where the work is being conducted in the presence of senior managers and supervisors for monitoring and support. Therefore, it was observed that the encouraging results recorded by the leadership and staff at all levels in the last four quarters of the activities carried out in a planned and planned manner were preserved and the activities that remained unfulfilled, office organization, ABC operations were aimed to be carried out before the end of the fiscal year. Finally, it was pointed out that all the management from the center to the branch should work in an organized and organized manner to pay attention to the plans of the fiscal year and complete the tasks that have been identified successfully.
