In our city, those who throw garbage on the infrastructures that have been made beautiful by the hard work of many people day and night, and those who go outside of the authorized roads, as well as those who cause damage by carelessly hitting the trees planted on the road dividers to make our city green, were punished. Thus, 3 institutions were fined 100,000, 50,000 and 20,000 birr for dumping waste outside the permitted area, 5 drivers were fined 150 to 300,000 birr for hitting palm trees planted on the road divider, and 11 people were fined 150 to 1,000 birr for walking outside the permitted pedestrian path. They are fined. We would like to remind our residents to protect themselves and their families from fines and traffic accidents by using and maintaining these well-maintained infrastructures only in the approved manner.
