The branch office held an evaluation discussion on the implementation of the first quarter plan. The branch office conducted an evaluation discussion with the stakeholders on the performance of the preparation phase of the 2017 fiscal year. At the discussion forum, a discussion starting document was presented regarding control, awareness and capacity building, the works done in the preparation phase of the parking permit service in the three months and the problems encountered as well as the solutions taken. In the presented document, the stakeholders should be invited to openly discuss the gaps in the operation. The participant of the discussion, Inspector Demse Mamo, Head of Public Awareness and Professional Development of Kolfe Karanio Sub-City Police Department, said that it is necessary to continue the strong work done in the first quarter and work hard in the next 3 quarters to fill gaps. The inspector added that he conveyed his message to road users to protect themselves from death, injury and property damage by following traffic rules and regulations. Finally, the manager of the branch office, Mr. Behgu Dengu, stressed that the participation of stakeholders is very important to reduce the traffic accidents at the sub-city level.
