According to Dr. Jamalu, the announced traffic control and parking management technology has significant political, economic and social benefits besides reducing the traffic flow of the city and the abuse of the society. Head of Addis Ababa Transport Bureau Mr. Yabbal Addis said that many works are being done to improve the transport of Addis Ababa and it is necessary to provide convenient, safe and efficient transport services using modern technology. Mr. Yabbal said that the technology developed to control Addis Ababa's traffic control and parking system will make the transportation movement more streamlined and will also contribute to the city's transportation development.
