Resource management and maintenance: - Beside starting new projects, allocating a budget on the culture of quality maintenance and maintenance of roads, parks and lights. 5. Urban beauty and cleanliness: Establishing a coordinated system with the society and the private sector so that the built corridor lines continue to be clean and green. 6.
