We have started holding a discussion forum in Addis Ababa to review the performance of the 2018 fiscal year and the 2019 fiscal year leadership plan. Prior to today's forum, yesterday's field work visit in Addis Ababa city, the development works done by the city administration are an indication that the ideas of our party are succeeding in a better way. that the works done in Addis Ababa, which is a symbol of prosperity, can be used to the full potential; We have seen how quick creation and leapfrogging can be achieved in terms of different tasks and how working while evaluating each task in terms of a long-term vision can lead to results. We have seen results that indicate that we are successfully implementing initiatives that ensure the benefit of the people in our party's ideals. This will help to transfer good experiences to others. 2018 fiscal year is a year in which significant results were recorded in institution building, democracy system and development activities. In terms of party building, it was a year in which our party was strengthened in terms of organization, operations, human and material resources, as well as execution capacity, and it was possible to achieve multiple missions as planned. Our entire people were actively involved in every mission and were made to play their part and stood by our party with a sense of ownership, so it was possible to achieve the twin goals of the 7th general election, which laid a solid foundation for our journey of building a democratic system. Excellent results have been recorded in the various activities carried out to ensure universal prosperity by running development and the building of a democratic system side by side. In the future, we should strive to realize the universal prosperity of our country by making full use of the huge potential of our party and ensuring the excellence of leadership ethics. In the new fiscal year, the leadership, members and supporters of our party, the cooperation of the stakeholders and the support of the entire people are very important to work in a strong way on ensuring the quality of the leadership and members, instilling the narrative of nationalism and completing the construction of the party's institutional standardization system.
