Today, we have started to evaluate the performance of our city administration for the 2018 fiscal year. In the three-day performance evaluation forum, we will review the goals we have set for this fiscal year, as well as the 2018 fiscal year being the final year of our five-year strategic plan. As you know, we have worked 24/7 with honesty, sincerity, and relentlessly to fully implement the strategic goals we have planned in the last 5 years and have achieved many results. In particular, we have removed Addis Ababa from useless agendas and made it a center of development and peace. She has also attracted the attention of the world because she has become clean, green and beautiful, where social justice has reigned. Of course, apart from our achievements, we still have challenges that we have not overcome. In particular, we will deeply evaluate the differences in the effectiveness of our leadership, the cost of living in our city, and migration problems. Although we have achieved many successes, we still have a long way to go in terms of the people's desire to develop and our goal of prosperity.
