The construction of bypass roads that contribute to the traffic flow of the city is underway
******************
Addis Ababa, November 30, 2016: Several short roads in different areas will ease the traffic flow in Addis Ababa and ease the problem of traffic congestion in some areas.
The road project being built from Bulgaria-Kirkos Church is one of the new cross feeder roads currently being built by the authority.
This road project has a total length of 1.2 kilometers and a side width of 20 meters, and the first phase of asphalt paving is currently underway. The overall implementation of the project has reached more than 90 percent.
Due to the non-completion of the remaining boundary enforcement works in the road project area, it has affected the speedy completion of the footpath and other construction works of the road project.
When the construction of this road project is fully completed, it will be used as a shortcut and alternative route for drivers traveling from Bulgaria and the surrounding area to Leghar and the surrounding area through Kirkuk.
