A discussion was held at the authority's office regarding the 90-day planning process. Leaders and supervisors discussed the 90-day plan performance report issued by the authority in the 2016 fiscal year by identifying activities that were not done in conjunction with the reform works and aligning the activities required by the period with the regular plan. In accordance with the plan, the monitoring and support report of the committee established by Ma'akel was discussed in the presence of senior managers and directors of the work units. The purpose of the monitoring and support is to ensure that the encouraging results recorded by the management and staff at all levels in the last three quarters of the activities carried out in a way that is based on the plan are preserved and the activities that have not been carried out are carried out by mobilizing the human resources and resources before the end of the fiscal year. Therefore, in the submitted report, it is stated that according to the quick response plan designed by the authority office, all the directorates and branches of the center, the activities are being carried out according to the scheduled time frame, and it is pointed out that there are some parts of the work that are lagging behind in terms of time. In particular, lack of resources was mentioned as the reason for the lack of implementation, but it was said that it is possible to be effective by working with the available resources and that it is necessary to fill the gaps by working more diligently than ever before. Meanwhile, the Service Delivery Monitoring, Support and Evaluation Directorate has presented a feedback document in which the work performance of the center and all the 11 branch offices and all the directorates was evaluated in the regular support and monitoring program conducted in 9 months. After both the presentations, ideas, comments and questions were asked from the participants and the senior leaders of the institution gave answers and explanations as well as directions.
