It was revealed that patience and perseverance have a key role for efficiency. The management authority’s 14th week employee solidarity program was held at the authority’s office hall today. On that day, Abel Adafer, a senior expert at the Directorate of Road Traffic Control and Event Management, while presenting his life experience, said that patience and perseverance are essential to succeed in overcoming challenges in our lives and in the field of work we are engaged in. Ato Abel said that after graduating from a higher education institution, he traveled around the country in Oromia, Amhara and Addis Ababa and served his country. In particular, they stated that they have reached the level they are today by being a person of truth and integrity in the field they are engaged in, and thus they share their experience not only at the office level, but also with their children and families. He pointed out that the solidarity program held every week in the institution is an opportunity for the employees to get to know each other and show their solidarity, so we should not continue. The senior leaders present at the forum pointed out that the solidarity program that is being held every Monday before the start of working hours is where the workers and the management share life experience and knowledge and strengthen solidarity.
