The employees discussed the nature of service delivery and customer satisfaction regarding the day's fellowship program. In this mutual discussion, especially during the holidays, when a customer comes to our facility, he said that the staff should serve us in our office because he should get the service closely. The nature of service delivery, customer satisfaction, service concept, service characteristics, parties who play a major role in service delivery, requirements of service providers and principles expected from service providers were discussed in detail. At present, the authority has observed that while providing services in the multifaceted activities that the office carries out to ensure peaceful and acceptable traffic movement, it is necessary to make the customer's satisfaction effective by dressing well and doing customer-oriented work. Finally, the workers had a tea and coffee program for the day together at the mosque.
