(December 16/2016): The traffic management authority of Addis Ababa city administration together with the management and experts on current national and city-wide issues for four consecutive days.

On the platform, the leaders of the authority presented documents to the workers on various issues, and the topics such as creating and managing wealth and prosperity, governor's speech, building and leading a culture of peace and attitude, as well as civil service and civil service were explored in depth in the documents.
A wide-ranging discussion was held by raising the employee's opinions and questions about the documents and related issues, and responses and explanations were given to the questions and transparency points raised by the senior management and the document providers.
At the conclusion of the forum, Mr. Mtku Asmara, the head of the transport office, was present and said that the training is a good contribution to the party members' daily life.

Finally, to improve the service delivery, the civil servant should provide the work culture, time management and theft-free manner, he concluded the forum by giving guidance and direction and reminder to the employee.
