The transfer of knowledge continues in the forum of solidarity ****************************** (T/MA/BA/July/16/2016):- The Traffic Management Authority of Addis Ababa City Administration has strengthened the staff knowledge transfer program that it conducts every Monday morning. On that day, Ms. Sirke, the director of the internal audit directorate of the authority, who presented her experience, said that she has served for 25 years from the position of auditor to director in various institutions. Ms. Sirke, who pointed out that audit work needs to be careful in all of their work, has not been effective in sharing knowledge and turning it into action in the offices where they have worked. They explained that being a woman and being a mother of children did not limit them and that they were strong and hard working and they were home winners. He explained that if any worker in his class and profession does his work with knowledge, honesty and care, he will get recognition and his level will rise. Finally, the solidarity program, which is being held every Monday for 30 minutes before the start of working hours, is a platform where employees and management can share life experience and knowledge and strengthen solidarity.
