Training was given to professionals; A discussion was also held on the plan for the 2017 fiscal year. Directorate of Communication Affairs conducted a discussion with the experts of all eleven branch offices on the 2017 fiscal year plan while providing Mindset training. The main objective of the training is to provide the training with the characteristics of good thinking to carry out the work and to be effective in the work with growth mindset to complete the tasks in the budget year with better performance. Mind Seth training was given by Addis Ababa Civil Service University assistant professor, Ms. Genet Dibaba, Director of Public Relations and Communications, who presented the 2016 work performance and 2017 fiscal year plan. The participants discussed the presented documents and promised that they will work to be effective by carrying out their duties with good thinking wherever they are in the current fiscal year.
