The management authority is carrying out multifaceted activities to address the traffic flow and safety problems of the city based on the goals of the city's key road safety strategy. In particular, he played a major role in all 3 rounds of corridor development works. Among the main activities that the institution has focused on in the 2018 fiscal year, more than 270,000/two hundred and seventy thousand meters of international road traffic color painting has been done in various places in the city. These types of paint include solid and dashed dividing lines, zebra crossings, chevrons, directional arrows, main roads and riverside projects, bicycle lanes, running track lanes, vehicle parking areas, etc. Likewise, 1,916 road sign installations, 106 rubber and concrete asphalt speed humps, 34 new traffic lights and 500 square meters of ramp construction were completed. Based on the corridor development works and other road infrastructures done in our city, it was possible to increase the number of traffic lights in the city to 186. Another thing that the institution has done better than the previous fiscal years is to expand and manage the development and management of a large number of car parks in the city. At the same time, the number of parking spaces under individual buildings that were used for other purposes during the fiscal year has been increased to 1,589. Currently, there are 2261 parking spaces serving 73 487 vehicles in the city. With these vehicles off the roads, the traffic movement of the city has become peaceful and comfortable.
