16 employees from the branches and headquarters of the traffic management authority of the city administration are being trained in character building, nature of planning and preparation, and execution capacity. Ms. Alem Saeed, the coordinator of the training, said that the importance of the training is that after the structural change of the institution, employees can improve their behavior and ability to achieve results and achieve the goals of the institution.
