Training of trainers completed.

Through the Addis Ababa Public Service Bureau and the Addis Ababa Leadership Academy, the 6-day training on character building, the nature of planning, the importance of challenges and their solutions during implementation, and the ability to execute them has been completed today. 6 female and 10 male employees from the center and branch offices of Addis Ababa City Administration Traffic Management Authority also participated in the training. As the authority office is one of the institutions that have undergone structural changes in the city, the managers of both institutions who have completed the program have given direction to the employees to develop their performance capacity and fill the gaps with better time management and better communication skills. Subsequently, the staff of the authority who participated in the training will train the staff with the knowledge they have gained during their stay. In Addis Ababa City Administration Traffic Management Authority 6 women and 10 men employees from center and branch offices participated in the training. Since the official office is one of the institutions that has undergone structural changes in the city, the officials of both institutions have given directions to increase their performance capacity and fill in the gaps with better time usage and better communication skills. The officials who continue to participate in the training will train the employees with the knowledge they gained during their stay and by their own additional preparation. ·
