(February 27/2016):- Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority, Arada Branch Office, on February 12, around Six Kilo Hospital, made vehicles parked on the pedestrian road to be removed.
The branch office of the Ethiopian National Association of the Blind is located near the hospital on February 12. Since most of the members of the association are blind, they move that way for various reasons. Mr. Tekle Kasaye, the branch manager, explained that by creating frequent control and awareness for local drivers, it is possible to make the road free for pedestrians and the traffic flow to be peaceful, as well as to protect the disabled from traffic accidents.
