On March 7/2016, the President of Addis Ababa Leadership Academy, Dr. Dessalen Petros (Dr.) said in a press conference about the completion of the two rounds of training that the academy had been providing to the employees of reformed institutions, he said that capacity building trainings play a big role in building human resources that can be followed. The president stated that the academy has prepared a training document on character formation and implementation skills to empower work leaders and experts assigned by reformed institutions, and the training that was being given in two rounds from February 25/2016 to March 6/2016 has been successfully completed. Dr. Desalegn said in his press release that a total of 18,000 trainees from 15 institutions have entered training in the two rounds, and 97.99 percent of them have completed their training. In his statement, Dr. Dessalen said that the reform work carried out in our city and the subsequent training provided to the people of our city, who are growing with different needs in terms of size and type, will contribute to the elimination of good governance problems from their root causes and to the creation of satisfied customers. Finally, Dr. Dessalen Petros expressed his gratitude to the leaders and staff of the academy who coordinated this training to be completed according to the planned plan, to the institutions and trainers who provided the training, to the organizations that cooperated in arranging the training place, and to the trainees who completed the training in good manners.

Finally, Dr. Desalegn Petros has thanked the leaders and staff of the academy who helped to make this training happen according to the planned plan, the institutions and the trainers who gave the training, the organizations who helped us by arranging the training place and the trainees who followed the training with good ethics.
