Training provided.
At the same training program given in coordination with the Yeka branch office, Bole branch office manager Ato Brook Waqwa said that volunteer traffic management youths and mothers at the city level and sub-towns are not only involved in traffic management work, but also by donating blood, renovating houses, planting and caring for saplings, etc. They are doing such good deeds.
He pointed out that just as they deserve praise and recognition for the good work they do, those who do not perform the work properly should be identified and corrected. The manager stressed that they should work together with other stakeholders to pay attention to the adjustment of road use by pedestrians, which has been started recently.
Voluntary traffic marshals, on the other hand, mentioned the problems they faced during their work and said that the training that started on the issues presented today regarding road safety and traffic management issues will strengthen their capacity.
Finally, the managers of Bole and Ka branch offices and team leaders jointly responded and explained the questions and comments made by the training participants.
