The directorate shared its experience with the members of Addis Ababa city administration, such as driver and vehicle licensing and control authority. Driver and Vehicle Licensing and Control Authority Public Relations and Communication Affairs Directorate staff and experts attended the public relations and communication affairs directorate section of the authority’s office and after being briefed about each work and procedure, they toured the work process. In particular, the Public Relations and Communication Affairs Directorate of the Traffic Management Authority is responsible for formulating the editorial policy, issuing the employee employment program, making recommendations and planning news, developing the monitoring system, doing production work independently, each expert planning and preparing reports, and the information center where great experience can be taken. They indicated that it was not. Also, the members said that the active and strong participation of the Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority in social media and regular media is because its public relations department cannot be a role model for others and they could not understand the course and nature of the activities given to them. He also said that the nature of information, the direction in which it is conducted, the techniques and strategies are where great lessons can be learned. In the future, the members of the group pointed out that it is possible to increase the capacity of the experts of both institutions by learning from each other and following the practices and procedures.
