According to the director, in this era of digital media, when the employee uses social media, it should be in a way that is beneficial for himself, the community and the country. If we use social media properly, we will help to increase knowledge on the job, and they will get free educational opportunities and training in America from social media while they are at work. Also, the director pointed out to the employees that they have not only been able to work responsibly in various fields of work, but also become role models through education and various experiences and skills.
