Training was given in terms of service delivery and standard registration ********************** (T/MA/BA/October/29/2017):- Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority Kirkos The branch office has provided training to the business leaders and experts in customer service delivery and standard setting. Alemu Tiruneh, the leader of the road safety awareness and capacity building team at the branch office, gave a detailed explanation on the nature of customer service and the basic principles of customer service delivery in the training document he presented. In particular, he pointed out that there should be a well-informed, accessible, transparent and easy-to-use appeal and complaint system in each institution. Mr. Brock Bele, an expert at the authority's service delivery monitoring, support and evaluation directorate, gave training on standard setting and explained how to record the quality and time of each task according to the set amount. He pointed out that all employees should record the time from the beginning to the end of the day's activities and compare them according to the standard. Finally, the manager of the branch, Mrs. Tshai Haile, said that by organizing similar trainings in the remaining quarters, the employee will be made to work with transparency in his work.
