Next Sunday, July 21/2016, the weekly ‘road for people' is a vehicle-free road day every week from City Hall at Theodore Square, Churchill Street, from Wolo Sefer Urail, Bisrate Gabel Health Center to Abo Square, from God's Church to Vision School, from Gulele Botanical Center to Wingate, from Jelisa Lamp (Ministry of Mines) to Sahlite Mhret, Abado Intersection, from Government School to Tele Entrance, from Gofa Tsige Shiro to New Road Intersection, from Arba Meter to Anfo Square, Chofe Condominium, from Taiwan Avenue to Wingate Ring, will be held on the following roads: . It will be held from 12:00 am to 6:00 pm with various sports activities on the road. The main objective of Vehicle Free Roads Day:- * To encourage alternative means of transport; * Creating a city where traffic accidents do not occur; * Ensuring a livable and pollution-free atmosphere and * Creating a healthy way of life as a whole. On the program :- ======== Mass walking and various sports activities; 🤍 Cycling and exercise and skating; 🤍 jogging, street exercise and aerobics; 🤍 Awareness campaigns focused on road safety will be conducted.
