In order to improve service delivery, the training of trainers that was given for 5 consecutive days on various topics was completed

(November 21/2016 AD):- Addis Ababa City Administration Traffic Management Agency is giving training for 5 days in a row on leadership skills, knowledge management, institutional culture building, customer oriented service and customer service as well as professional ethics to the trainers at the center and branch offices. The existing training of coaches has been completed.
Speaking at the end of the program, the head of the agency's administration and finance office, Mrs. Hawa Wabi, said that the training was designed to increase the capacity of institutions to deliver and implement government services at the city administration level. He said that in order to fill operational gaps, to answer the society's question, increasing awareness on building professional ethics and institutional culture should be given attention.
In order to improve the delivery of government services in the public service at the city level, the training given to improve the performance and implementation capacity of employees is about the nature of emotional intelligence, the areas of emotional intelligence, the results of emotional intelligence, social nature and conflict, leadership skills, ethics and professional conduct, institutional culture building, customer-oriented service delivery for all employees in 4 A round will be given and the trainers who completed the training properly will be given recognition and certificates.
