Golden Monday Morning Program Continues Strongly ****************** (T/B February 16/2018) :- Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority's senior leaders and center staff conducted the Golden Monday Morning Program of the 3rd week of February at the authority office's meeting hall. In this program, which is the transfer of knowledge and experience, the expert of the complaints and complaints group, Ato Wurdmu Degubesra, presented a document about conflicts and their resolution. In the document, the nature of conflict resolution, the causes and types of conflict, and the methods of conflict prevention have been presented in detail. The program was completed by raising the opinions and questions of the employees of the center regarding the resolution of conflict.
