Ato Birhanu stated that it is very important to be free from conscience and decisive during life and that the employee should look at this when he thinks about tomorrow. He added that we should not say, “What have I contributed to my country, but what has my country contributed to me?” and that the employee should act with the idea of what new thing I will find and what new thing I can give to my colleagues when he comes to his assigned work room every day.
