It has been announced that 75 percent of the construction of 14 low-income houses to be built by the authority office in Aqaqi Kaliti sub-city has reached 2016 AD):- Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority in the social service sector in Akaqi Qaliti sub-city district 7 zone 1 area in the winter months of 2016 AD has speedily and cooperatively built 14 houses for the underprivileged. Mrs. Hawa Wabi, Head of Administration and Finance at the authority's office, said that the institution not only ensures traffic flow and safety, but also fulfills its social responsibility by renovating the homes of underprivileged citizens every year with the help of volunteer traffic organizers. This year, with the cooperation of the center and branch offices, 14 houses for the underprivileged have been built and completed within the scheduled time frame, and the authority's leaders and a committee established for this purpose have been closely monitored. Mrs. Hawa pointed out that the houses were rebuilt with the cooperation of aid organizations and volunteer traffic organizers because the houses they handed over were very old. One of the mothers whose house was built for them mentioned that it was difficult and challenging for them to live in the Kebele house, where they used to live with a sick child during the winter due to flooding from the bottom and drains from the top. Mr. Zerihun Kebede, executive director of the traffic management volunteer youth association, who is coordinating the construction, said that they consider it a great opportunity to help the weak and sick citizens with low living standards and save citizens who were hit by sewage and floods. He explained that he is very satisfied and that in the new year, they are continuously working and coordinating the work day and night so that all the families can enter their homes. According to Mrs. Hawa, among the social services that the office performs, blood donation, transplanting and house renovation are carried out. • What happened in Alemayehu?
