The implementation of the 2016 fiscal year plan of the branch office and the joint plan for the current fiscal year were presented as a document and the stakeholders discussed the document in detail. In particular, the head of the office has given responses and explanations to the suggestions, comments and questions presented by the participants regarding the tasks and concerns of the activities to be carried out in coordination with the stakeholders in the current fiscal year. At the completion of the project, the branch office signed an agreement document to work together with the stakeholders in the 2017 fiscal year, and the stakeholders were given a certificate of recognition and appreciation for the joint works in the 2016 fiscal year.
