The 3 rounds of training given by the Ethiopian Police University to the traffic control staff of the authority office has been completed ******** (T/M/B September 11/2017):- Addis Ababa City Administration Traffic Management Officer with the Ethiopian Police University In collaboration, the capacity building training that was being given to 800 supervisory staff in 3 rounds has been completed. At the conclusion of the training program, Deputy Director General of Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority Amare Tareqin said that the authority office is one of the reformed institutions and has grown from 5 branches to 11 branches in order to increase the services provided to the community. Strict traffic control is one of the activities that the institution performs to ensure a peaceful and acceptable traffic movement. In order to strengthen this work, the importance of the training is important to fill the gaps in ethics and other procedures. While returning the employees who completed the training to their jobs, the Deputy Director General expressed the need to provide effective service by enhancing the ethical, physical fitness and service delivery skills they have acquired through the training. In a message sent by the President of Ethiopia Police University, Deputy Commissioner General Mesfen Abebe, he said that traffic control work is a job that requires a lot of skill and patience, so you should continue to strengthen your capacity building training at the university and continue to work hard to become a qualified servant and be committed to reducing traffic accidents that may happen to citizens. The President stated that the Ethiopian Police University is ready to continue working together with the authority office in preparing professional trainings for employees.
