Self-empowerment and enrichment training was given at the Addis City branch office **** (T/B January 09/2017) :- Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority branch office under the theme of self-empowerment and enrichment Principal gave life skills development training to women workers today. The aim of the training is for female employees in the branch to work on self-empowerment and to fill the gaps in their attitudes, knowledge and skills so that they can carry out their tasks and responsibilities effectively. Ms. Almaz Mamo, representative of women and children at the Baleslan office, gave the training. She said that since self-empowerment requires determination, it is necessary to persevere in every journey and bring about a change in thinking. Among the topics included in the training are self-acceptance and self-pride, self-esteem, and work confidence. The female employees of the branch office discussed as a group and expressed their opinion that such trainings should be continued because they enhance the ability of female professionals to perform and lead to results.
