Awareness training was given on Rule No. 143/2015 ****************** (T.B. November 22/2018 AD): - Coordination of Complaint and Complaint Investigation Team of Addis Ababa Traffic Management Authority for Directors, Team Leaders and Coordinators from the Center and Selected Head Offices on Complaint and Complaint Presentation, Investigation, Determination and Awareness training was given today regarding Regulation No. 143/2015 issued to determine the accountability system. Hailemichael Showaye, the head of the complaint and complaint investigation team, opened the awareness training forum with a speech. He said that the awareness platform has been prepared so that the management and experts from the center to the branch office have a consistent understanding of Regulation No. 143/2015. In addition, the team leader urged the participants of the training to follow the capacity building training closely and to respond appropriately to the complaints and complaints submitted by the users when they return to work, as it is not a matter of time to ensure public trust by providing appropriate services and increasing customer satisfaction. Then, at the mayor's office, the director of the directorate of good governance, Mr. Zemalay Yatail, presented a training document to the participants and explained the general provisions of Regulation No. 143/2015, sector organization, complaints and petitions, investigations, decision-making procedures, appeals, accountability systems and implementation. Finally, the participants raised different ideas, comments and questions on the initial text document that was presented, and the group leader and the document provider gave answers and explanations. It was understood from the statement of the group leader Mr. Hailemichael that the same understanding will be given to the directors, team leaders and coordinators from all 11 branch offices tomorrow.
