People-centered, human-respecting, multi-category projects of the city are achieving their goals. The Addis Ababa city administration, which has understood that it is to promote women economically and to ensure universal prosperity, is making them benefit by including women in crisis in various development projects, and the typical example is the integrated development village of Gulele, which focuses on people and gives priority to human dignity. In this village, by gathering women who exposed themselves to wild animals and various dangers, who lived by picking wood from the forest, and who were struggling to cover their daily wages, and by taking them out of their horrible day-to-day work, an opportunity has been created for them to be able to do their own work. It was possible to change the lives of themselves and their families by making them work at bread centers, milk centers and food centers. This Gulele Integrated Development Village, built by the city administration, has a residential village, a nursery, animal breeding, urban activity areas, a grain store, a mill house and a dining hall, as well as a modern asphalt road.
